Data Capture form- essential completion!

Dear Parents/Guardians,   Each year we collect information to ensure that we are up-to-date on all records regarding your contact details and your child.  This is essential for our SIMS data base and the Department of Education.  All information is held securely and treated confidentially.  Due to Covid-19, we have decided to move away from paper forms and use an online template.  This will close on Friday 18th September at 4pm, so please complete it before then.    You must complete a separate form for each child at the school.   The link to the online form is below:   Kind regards,   Mrs S.
