FAO: Parents/guardians of Primary 7 children.

Dear parents/guardians,

On Friday 19th June at 1pm, myself and Miss Herron are going to hold a 'Collaborate Ultra' call to our Primary 7 children.  Collaborate Ultra is like zoom, but it is provided by c2k and is filtered.  

Instructions: a link will be made available 15 minutes before the call (12.45pm) which will be shared here, on the news section of our school website.  THIS LINK MUST BE COPIED AND PASTED ONTO GOOGLE CHROME AS YOUR INTERNET BROWSER.  My self and the staff have had a test run of this, and it really is dependent upon internet access and connectivity.  This is not compulsory, if your child does not feel comfortable in doing this, that is ok.  In the bottom middle of the screen once connected, you can turn on and off both camera and microphone.

We would like each of the pupils to prepare and share 2 things during the call:

1. A happy memory of their school.
2. Something which they are looking forward to at their new school.

This aims to bring the children together and an opportunity for communication and fun.  Can I ask that you remind your child about how to stay safe online.  I really hope that this is successful!
