Pictured are some images from our book and cake sales which took place this week. Primary 4/5 were given the responsibility of organising, managing and running a book sale. They organised pricing, display and sales. They did a fantastic job. Over £100 was raised. Any books left over were added to the school library. 📚
Primary 6/7 were tasked with planning, organising and running a very busy cake sale. Once again their mental maths was put into practice along with their money skills. Over £100 raised and not a crumb was left. 🧁
Thank you to all those who contributed to both the book and cake sales. Thank you to the Primary 4-7 children who organised and ran both the events. Money raised will be invested in new Maths resources.
*First Communion is on Sunday 2nd June at 10am. Choir to be seated up stairs at 9.30am. Refreshments in the hall afterwards.
St. Finlough’s Parish hall will be open from 6pm on Saturday 1st June to allow for set up. All volunteers welcome!*
